Winemaking : in our cellar, the grapes are destalked, sorted and vinified traditionnaly using pumping-over and punching of the cap to extract more aromas and colors. The maceration last 3 weeks.
Aging : Merlot and Caringan are aged in concrete tanks for 6 months
Bottling : Start september
Tasting notes: On the nose we have a strong expression of cherry, strawberry and raspberry. on the palate we find the same aromas as in the month with smooth tanins and a long finish.
Aging potential : 3-5 years
