Harvest : The grapes are hand harvest
Winemaking: In our cellar, the grapes are destalked and sorted. After that operation, we put the grapes in stainless steel tank for less than an hour to extract the minimun of color and then, we extract the juice and put it in another tank. That is what we call ” Rosé de saigné” or Bled rosé
Aging : We aged the Syrah in stainless steel tank for 6 months
Bottling: Start march
Tasting notes: This rosé is very floral with a fresh acidity that complete a well balanced raspberry notes.
Aging Potential: 2 years

Food and wine pairing: We suggest you to drink it as an apperitif or with a nice summer salad or as well with a tomatoe, basil and mozzarella salad
